Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1/2 cup readymade idli batter
2 tbsp spinach (palak) puree
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
salt to taste
oil for greasing
For Serving
Method
- Combine all the ingredients along with approx. 1 tbsp of water in a deep bowl and mix well.
- Put spoonfuls of the batter into greased mini idli moulds and steam in a steamer for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more mini idlis.
- Serve hot with coconut chutney.

like the spinach and moong dal idli that you already have on your site... even this is an interesting recipe .. and so simple to make... it just gives a great variation to the regular idlis... also making it healthy by adding spinach to it...
