Chop the fruits very finely because they are not going to be cooked, but just mashed with a potato masher. Refrigerate this salsa immediately on preparation and serve it chilled.

Main Ingredients
1/2 cup finely chopped lychee
1/2 cup chopped green apple
1/2 cup finely chopped spring onion whites and greens
2 tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies
salt to taste
For Serving
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and lightly mash it using a potato masher.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled with lavash.

Lychee salsa.. never eaten before.. this was just a treat to the mouth.. every bite was juicy and crunchy.. It tastes best when it is chilled..
