Steamed corn goes well with a variety of toppings that children are partial to, such as tomato salsa, chaat masala, cheese etc.
- Toss the steaming corn kernels with the salsa and salt and serve immediately.
- Toss the steaming corn with chaat masala, lemon juice and salt.
- Toss the steaming corn with freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Toss the steaming corn with grated cheese, finely chopped green chillies and salt.
