All of us love having dhoklas for breakfast or with our evening tea, but on busy days we wish there was a faster alternative. Lay your worries to rest with these easy-to-make Garlicky Methi Dhoklis, which are named so because they are thinner than the regular dhoklas. Although it takes around 15 minutes to cook, this dish simply involves assembling the ingredients and cooking them, so it is no fuss after all. The Garlicky Methi Dhokli, with the rich flavour of fenugreek leaves and garlic, also gives us enough iron and heart-friendly nutrients. Make sure you serve it immediately.

Tarla Dalal    Thank You Sameeta for your review. Besan is healthy but if you do not wish to use only that you can try with equal portions of whole wheat flour and besan, however we have not tried it. You can add green chilli paste instead of chilli powder...

A steamed low cal snack, very similar to making dhoklas. Enjoy these iron rich dhoklis immediately.
