The pineapple slices are arranged on a platter with kiwi fruit slices and a combination of seasonal fruits and enjoyed chilled with lime juice sprinkled over them.

fresh chopped pineapple (or tin of pineapple pieces)
sliced kiwi
3 pieces of fruit in season sliced ( bananas, mango, grapes)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
fresh or tinned passion fruit for garnish topping

  1. Arrange fruit on platter or plate.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and passionfruit, and serve.
