1 pizza base 200 mm. (8")
1/2 recipe pizza sauce
butter or for greasing

To Be Combined Into A Topping
8 fresh mushrooms (khumbh) , blanched and sliced
8 black olives , sliced
1/2 cup red capsicum , cubed
1/4 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
2 to 3 sliced jalapenos
1/2 tomato , cubed
1 small onion , sliced
1 tbsp sliced celery
1/4 tsp dried mixed herbs or dried oregano
salt to taste

For Baking
1/2 cup processed cheese or mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Place the pizza base on a flat dry surface.
  2. Spread the pizza sauce over the base and fill with the topping.
  3. Top with the cheese and finally drizzle the olive oil over it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°c (360°f) for about 20 minutes or until the base is evenly browned.
  5. Serve hot.

This pizza is really rich and really full of flavours that tease the taste buds!Its thick and cheesy and melts in the mouth!~ thanks for the recipe.
