- 1/2 cup chilled coconut meat (nariyal ki malai)
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream

- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 5 individual glasses.

Such a refreshing drink. The combination of coconut with vanilla ice cream is completely rejuvenating. It was a complete hit in my family and kids after coming back from school are looking forward to drink it everyday !
