1cup chocolate ,cut into small pieces,
1cup brown sugar,
1/2cup sugar,
1/2cup butter,
1egg,few drops of vanilla essence,
1tbsps milk,
1 ¼ cuo refined flour,
1/2tsp baking powder,
1/2tsp baking soda,
1cup crushed corn flakes ,
a pinch of salt
- Place the brown sugar, sugar, butter, egg, vanilla and milk in a bowl and beat smooth. add the flour, soda, and baking powder, salt and continue to beat till smooth. add the corn flakes and chocolate. mix well and drop a heaped teaspoonful of these on the baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or till a light brown.
