Everybody loves to have nachos with cheese sauce. Here’s your all-time favourite combo, served with a twist!
Each serving of nachos is drowned in a gooey, cheesy sauce made quickly and easily in the microwave oven. A dash of red chilli flakes adds a spicy punch to the Cheesy Nachos, making it all the more irresistible!
Make the sauce just before serving the nachos as it tends to thicken over time. This is not a tough deal because it takes very little time to make!
If you find the sauce a little thick, you can adjust it by adding a little warm milk and whisking it well.
Serve it immediately.

- Combine the cheese and milk in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
- Mix it well using a whisk. Keep aside.
- Arrange ½ cup of nacho chips in a serving plate, put 1/4th of the sauce evenly over it. Sprinkle a little chilli flakes evenly over it.
- Repeat step 3 to make 3 more servings.
- Serve immediately.
