Ingredients
1 cup mashed strawberries
4 tsp honey
1 cup fresh low-fat curds (dahi)
4 tbsp low-fat milk (99.7% fat-free)
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
