2 to 3 cups mixed sprouts (Moong Dal, black gram, moth dal)
2 onions , finely chopped
1 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
1 lemon or vinegar
2 cups tomato puree
1 tsp cornflour
3/4 ltr water
1 clove of garlic (lehsun), finely chopped
2 tsp oil or butter
salt to taste
Sauces according to taste ( tomato ketchup , green chilli sauce , tabasco sauce ), for serving

Making of sprouts :

    Making of sprouts :
  1. Soak the moong dal, black gram , moth dal overnight .
  2. Take the basket and keep a muslin cloth and put the soaked dal in it and cover with polythene.
  3. Sprouts will come out by this method quickly or can use the sprouts maker.
  4. Steam the sprouts very slightly.

For soup :

    For soup :
  1. Heat the oil or butter .
  2. fry garlic onion and green chillies and tomatoes.
  3. Then add water and paste of corn flour and salt according to taste .
  4. Boil it and add sprouts.
  5. Add lemon before serving.
  6. Serve with chillies soaked in vinegar, sauces etc.
