A multicolored appealing snack item, Rainbow delight has mashed potatoes flattened and then added with grated carrots. The colorful tidbits are then rolled in cornflakes and then deep fried till crispy. Enjoy with green chutney.
- Two scoops of ice cream srved with fruits, jelly, cream, nuts and sauce in the glass.
