Method

  1. Heat 2 tsp oli in a kadai.
  2. When hot add the chola masala pwdr and garammasala pwdr and minced green chillies.fry.
  3. Add the carrots.stir well.now add grated panner and salt.mix well.
  4. Off the gas.
  5. Add grated cheese and dhaniya patta.cool.
  6. Take one pappad.apply a little water to wet the pappad.
  7. Put one tsp of the filling and rollthe pappad.stick the sides well.
  8. Heat oil in a kadai.deep fry these pappad rolls for a miniute.
  9. Remove and drain on a tissue paper.
  10. Serve hot with ketchup of your choice.
