Ingredients you never would have thought of combining come together in an exciting new fashion, in this brilliant recipe! Absolutely healthy, this Mini Oats Bhakri Pizza is so tasty you won’t even realise it does not contain cheese. The main reason for this super taste is the fabulous homemade pizza sauce, an interesting mix of antioxidant-rich veggies in the topping, and the elegant seasonings used.

Since bhakris made of oats and wheat flour are used as the base, you should assemble this pizza just before serving. Otherwise the bhakri will get soggy. You can enjoy a helping of two Mini Oats Bhakri Pizzas occasionally.

Ma''am, Why don''t you create a folder where you get all PCOS recipes in a flow or in continuing pages. Also, try showing recipes with low proteins as I have been advised by doctors to cut down on proteins. Beans and the like are a total no for me. Kindly also let me know that Bajra and moong khichdi even after soaking Bajra for more than 12 hours and pressure cooked for more than 40 minutes with more than 10 whistles, Bajra was still not chewable. Any option to Bajra if you could suggest

Without cheese and refined flour pizza base, this pizza tasted awesome.... The true flavours are from the pizza sauce while the oats and wheat flour pizza base does not let you miss out on that crunchiness we look for in pizzas. Do try coloured capsicum only instead of only green capsicum as red and yellow capsicum lend a specific sweetness to these pizzas.
