Mango halwa recipe - How to make Mango halwa

Suji/Rawa -250gms,
Mango pulp- 1 cup,
Ghee- 100gms,
Elaichi Powder -1/4 tea spn,
(dry grapes,cashew nuts, almonds )Chopped for garnishing

  1. Roast the rawa with 1 spoon of ghee until it smells. bring 100ml of water to boil and add mango pulp. cook it for 1 minute. add milk and bring to boil. add rawa while stirring with a low flame and cook it for 2 minutes. add sugar and ghee and mix well and cook for 1 minute with lid closed. serve hot garnished with dry fruits.
