Wow low cal mayonnaise - the thought itself is enough to drool. I was very happy to use this low cal mayo to whip a healthy salad. But can we try the same recipe using brown bread?

We are happy that you liked this recipe. However this recipe was initially tried with brown bread, but the consistency was not of the mayonnaise and hence the us of white bread.

CB - What an excellent substitute for mayo! I used greek yoghurt so did not need to add bread. I also used mustard oil instead of mustard powder and it was awesome!
