  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the mustard seeds, urad dal and asafoetida nd saute on medium flame till the seeds crackle.
  2. Add the turmeric powder, green chillies and mint leaves, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
