oil for deep-frying
salt for sprinkling

  1. Slit the green chillies.
  2. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan and deep-fry the chillies till they turn whitish in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  3. Sprinkle the salt and toss gently. Serve.
