2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice

    Method
  1. Combine the chia seeds, honey, lemon juice and 2 cups of water in a jar and mix well.
  2. Cover and keep refrigerated for atleast 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, stir and drink.

Will you still get the same side affects if you drink it before bed or should you only drink in it the morning

I''m trying this recipe to help lose weight. It''s so delicious! I don''t usually like honey but found some organic blueberry honey and it has made a huge difference in flavour for me!

Should ifirst soak the chia seeds in warm water and then prepare my drink or can o directly mix in cold water and consume?

Thanks for this Chia seed recipe. This simple drink takes minutes to prepare and i have it any time during the day. Adding lime and honey makes it much tastier that drinking only soaked chia seeds.
