  2. Cover and keep refrigerated for atleast 1 hour.

Tarla Dalal    Veena, we have used water at room temperature. Not sure if warm water is going to ben an issue. Try and let us know. The objective of soaking is to sprout the chia seeds.

Hi, After using it on empty stomach, shall one could also use chia seeds with jeera water through out the day? How much max quantity one could consume chia seeds a day?
