This a jolly good way to enjoy your avocados! A smashing combo of avocadoes with spinach, pear and apples, this smoothie has a well-balanced flavour and a nice, creamy mouth-feel.

1 cup roughly chopped riped avocado
1 1/2 cups roughly chopped spinach (palak)
1 cup roughly chopped pears (unpeeled)
1 cup roughly chopped apple (unpeeled)
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixer along with 1 cup of chilled water and blend till smooth.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 3 indivdual glasses and serve immediately.

Great healthy smoothie to gave any time you are hungry. Pears and apples have their own sweetness and blend really well with avocados and spinach. This forms a nice thick smoothie and has all the good fats in it.
