A very unusual set of ingredients team up to make this refreshing drink!
A blend of coconut water and pulpy tender coconut meat, tinged with a shot of vanilla, is garnished with rose petals, which not only gives the drink a lovely rose flavour but also a beautiful appearance.
The Coconut Vanilla Ice-Cream Cooler, which combines the rejuvenating coolness of coconut water and rose, is just perfect for a hot summer’s day.
With coconut water and coconut meat combo you can also dish up other refreshing drinks like Coconut Paw Paw and Coconut Pineapple Drink .
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 5 individual glasses.
- Serve chilled garnished with rose petals.
