2 cups plain flour (maida)
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 pinch sugar
1 tsp oil
1 cup cooked chana sabji but totally dried it has no gravy.
coriander (dhania) for garnish
1/2 cup milk
  1. Activate the yeast by adding lukewarm milk in it. Add sugar,flour,pinch of salt and oil and make a soft dough of it and let it rest for 30-45 minutes on a warm place to rise the dough firmly.
