Ingredients
2 cups roasted broken wheat (dalia)
2 chopped onions
2 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cups grated cabbage
1 1/2 cups grated carrot
1/2 cup cut into strips capsicum
1/2 cup boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
salt to taste
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
6 tsp oil
6 crushed slit green chillies
1/2 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
8 curry leaves (kadi patta)
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)
4 1/2 boiled water

For Garnishing
few chopped coriander (dhania) leaves
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in non stick pan,add mustard seeds, asafoetida, green chilli and curry leaves.
  2. Add onion, sauté for a while.
  3. Add cabbage and tomato mix well and stir for a minute.
  4. Add broken wheat,capsicum,carrot,salt and boiling water, mix well, cover and cook on a medium flame till the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Now add boiled sweet corn and green peas, lemon juice and coriander leaves, mix well and stir for a while.
  6. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
