20 nos Broccoli florets
1 cup Bengal gram
1 no Onion
2 nos Green chili (finely chopped)
3 clove Garlic (crushed)
1 inch Ginger (crushed)
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
¼ tsp Fennel seeds
¼ tsp Asafoetida
1 pinch Turmeric powder
10 nos Curry leaves
5 stks Coriander leaves
1 tsp Salt (or to taste)
2 cup Oil
