Barbeque Dip recipe - How to make Barbeque Dip

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
1 tsp crushed ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
1 medium onion , finely chopped
1 capsicum , chopped
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp salt (if required)
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
2 green chillies , chopped
8 tbsp grated processed cheese
Method
    Method
  1. Beat curd with beater till light and fluffy. Keep aside.
  2. Beat all sauces together with salt and black pepper.
  3. Add garlic, ginger and cheese. Mix well.
  4. Add curd, onion, green chillies and capsicum. Mix well.
  5. Serve with salted biscuits.
