    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend roughly into the mixer.
  2. Heat the oil in a small pan and add the mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle, add the asafoetida and saute for 10 seconds.
  4. Pour over the thecha and serve hot.
