This colourful, delicious and easy-to-make dish combines fresh coriander leaves with the tantalizing flavour of mango to create a unique salsa.


Recipe Description for Mango Salsa ( Chips and Dips )

3/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped ripe mango
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions whites
1 tbsp chopped celery (ajmoda)
1 tbsp chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1/2 tsp dried oregano

For Serving
baked tortilla chips

  1. Combine the tomatoes and mangoes in a bowl and lightly mash them with the back of a spoon.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours.
  3. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
