Method


  1. Boil and smash potatoes.
  2. Put butter, salt, pepper powder, required quantity of milk. put cheese in the above batter. beat egg white and yoke separate. put yoke in the above mixture.
  3. Make a fine mixture.
  4. Grease a baking dish with ghree.
  5. Put the above mixture in it.
  6. Pour egg white over it.bake it.
  7. Cut it into pieces. put this pieces on one slice with butter.
  8. Put another slice over it. and eat with sauce.
