Ingredients

Method

  1. Wash and soak rajma overnight in two glasses of clean water.
  2. Pressure cook in the morning for 20 min on low heat and keep aside
  3. In a kadhai heat 2 large service spoons of oil.
  4. Add to this finely chopped onions and a little later ginger-garlic paste.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Add haldi and tomatoes finely ground in a mixer.
  7. Add salt and fry on low heat till oil seperates.
  8. Now add dhania and chilli powder.
  9. Add this mixture which should be tender in cooker.
  10. Again pressure cook on lo heat for 10 min after one whistle.
  11. When cool open the cooker and mix well before serving.
  12. Garnish with green dhania, pepper powder and one blob of pure ghee or butter.
