1/2 cup almonds (badam) or cashewnuts (kaju) or peanuts
1/2 to3/4 cup sugar

  1. Melt the sugar in a heavy saucepan and add the nuts.
  2. Spread the mixture on a tin and allow to cool.
  3. Powder coarsely and store in air-tight jar.
