You can add juice of a lemon for sweet and sour taste

1 pomogranate (anar)
curd of half litre milk
4 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp milk
a few mint leaves (phudina)


  1. Hang curd in a soft muslin cloth for half an hour,to drain out the water.
  2. Cut and deseed the pomegranate
  3. Put the curd in a vessel
  4. Add sugar,milk and salt to it and mix lightly till the sugar dissolves in it
  5. Now add the pomegranate seeds to it
  6. Decorate it with a few mint leaves and serve cold
