This drink provides many essential nutrients such as carbohydrates, protein, vitamin c and b complex vitamins. Yoghurt provide friendly bacteria which help to boost immunity.
- Ombine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of smoothie in 4 individual glasses.
