Coriander Garlic Chutney

A basic corriander chutey, green and tangy who is very easy to prepare. Serve as a dip or a spread for sandwiches.

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:     Makes 1 cup

  1. Wash and clean the coriander.
  2. Combine all the ingredients along with coriander and blend in a mixer till smooth, adding water as required.
  3. Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
