This sauce is so tasty that you will feel like eating a cupful just like that! it is very easy to make and can be made in bulk and stored in the refrigerator. When you want use it in a recipe, just warm it in the microwave or a double boiler and use it.

Ingredients

1/2 cup roughly chopped chocolate
2 tbsp milk

Method
  1. Combine the chocolate and the milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  2. Remove from the microwave and mix gently till no lumps remain. Use as required.

easy and quick, but would be better if cooked in a double boiler method, or in a pan which is placed in a pan with boiling water ,as the chocolate tends to burn easily.
