Caramel and Walnut Chocolate recipe - How to make Caramel and Walnut Chocolate

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup coarsely crushed walnuts (akhrot)
4 tbsp cocoa powder
7 tbsp milk powder
150 gms icing sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
4 drops vanilla extract

For Garnishing
walnuts (akhrot) (cut in to four)
Method
  1. Heat the pan add the sugar and cook till it becomes thick brown(caramel).
  2. Consistency of caramel will be like honey.
  3. Add crushed walnut in to caramel and keep aside.
  4. Combine the cocoa powder, milk powder and icing sugar in a bowl.
  5. Sieve the mixture twice or thrice.
  6. In a bowl combine the melted butter, icing sugar, milk powder, cocoa powder and vanilla extract mix well. Keep the mixture in the bowl for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Apply butter on the palms and make round balls from the mixture.
  8. Spread the mixture with finger in a round shape fill the filling of walnut and caramel, bring the edges together and make a round ball.
  9. Add walnut on the top for garnish.
  10. Refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and wrap them in silver foil paper or any other fancy wrapper.
  11. Store in refrigerator.
