Smear ½ tsp of oil over it and along the edges and cook on a medium flame till the cheela turns light brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat steps 3 to 5 to make 9 more cheelas. Serve immediately with chutney and sambar.

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

How to make whole wheat vegetable cheela

  8. Add finely chopped coriander to impart a beautiful earthy flavor to our vegetable atta dosa. For a variation, you can add leafy greens like spinach, methi, amaranth.

Amazing Dosa ! Ideal for breakfast and a quick instant snack in the evening or when guests arrive. My kids always come home hungry from school. This is so convenient as no fermenting is required and healthy and quick too.
