4 1/2 to 5 1/4 cups milk
1 can (400 grams) condensed milk
2 to 3 tbsp sugar
3 tsp ice-cream essence
1 small can (400 grams) peaches
4 tbsp raspberry jam
  1. Mix the milk, sugar, condensed milk and ice-cream essence.
  2. Prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
  3. Chill the peaches and cut into slices.
  4. Add 2 teaspoons of water to the raspberry jam and warm up slowly until it melts.

  1. To serve, put a scoop of the ice - cream in each plate and cover with peaches and a little syrup. Put 1 teaspoon of the prepared jam sauce on top. If you like, put a blob of sweetened cream on top.
