Great for breakfast or a evening snack. Sprouted moong cooked in spices and topped with curds makes a great snack.

Banana, Cucumber combine very well with curds and dill to give a tasty salad. Crushed peanuts give a good crunch and lemon juice gives it the zest. Have this salad after a workout as bananas can be high in fat.

I rate this receipe as five star. It tasted too good and not less or more sugar. I tried for the first time and it came out very excellent.

A conflict between desire for authenticity and a desire for speed and simplicity is well-expressed in this recipe, for me. The 'instant dosa' batter makes it simple. The filling is tasty, and easy, but not-at-all Indian (or so it seems to me) rather, perhaps, Chinese-fusion? The processed cheese doesn't seem to fit anywhere. I wonder how it would be with paneer? NO - processed cheese melts, paneer doesn't (it turns out). Nevertheless, these dosai are quick and yummy.

My favorite dessert when dining on Indian cusine. I was excited to find such a simple-to-prepare recipe here. The first batch was superb - just exactly like what I'm served at restaurants. I still had a large quantity of mava (and an uncertain shelf-life) so I used all that remained for a second try - expanding amounts of other ingredients correspondingly. The cooking time expansion I guessed at (four times the recommended lengths in the microwave - roughly equal to the multiplier for the ingredients) and it seemed to work all right. The big problem for me was grating all that carrot - it wore me out.

I am vegetarian (e.g., not vegan) so this looked acceptable to me. I am interested in Indian cuisine (flavors, textures, spices) and this hardly seemed "authentic', but it was pretty easy. I don't believe it took the advertised fifteen minutes, either. I made the designated two sandwiches, but my wife took one bite and rejected hers - so I ate that and refrigerated the other in a freezer bag (I found the mix to be pretty nice). Surprisingly (since I usually don't like sandwiches-made-with-bread stored in the refrigerator overnight) the texture and flavor of the mix were enhanced the next day!

I was looking for a dish for dinner I could make and serve in a short time, without much trouble. This one, after I had purchased the ingredients I lacked, worked pretty well. Somehow I missed buying the onion seed, and I thought I already had chili powder - but did not. So those ingredients were left out. Then, I only had fruit-on-the-bottom style yogurt so I used that (black cherry). The dish still seemed quite 'authentic', and tasty. My wife (who doesn't like 'spicy', and complained at first about all the seeds) ate a second helping.
