Instead of mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds, if we add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds powder, the taste of the pickle will be awesome. Mustard seeds we can make powder directly and for fenugreek seeds powder we have to roast the seeds till golden brown.

These puranpolis are so soft.. It has the perfect sweetness. The filling is delectable. The dry coconut imparts a very nice flavour to this puranpoli. Must give a try..

This is something different from what i have always. Very nice recipe. The chilli and jeera powder offers a very nice spicy and chatpata taste to this pakodas.
