Sweet Coconut Momos recipe - How to make Sweet Coconut Momos

Ingredients
1 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tsp ghee
1/2 grated coconut
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder

For The Sugar Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the a non-stick kadhai, add the coconut, sugar and cardamom powder and saute till they are mixed well. Keep aside.
  2. Knead the plain flour and the ghee with required quantity of water to a smooth dough. Keep aside.
  3. Make the sugar syrup by heating water and sugar in a pan till the sugar is completely dissolved and you get the desired consistency. Keep side.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each of them into a puri.
  5. Place 1 tsp Of the stuffing and bring all the edges together into a momo shape.
  6. Steam for 10 minutes and dip in the sugar syrup for 2-3 hours before serving.
