  1. Take green chilly in a big mouth pot .put salted curd on it .make it dry in sunheat
  2. For 2,3 days ,after dry add
  3. Curd again , again dry in sun
  4. Like this total 3 times
  5. this is now ready to fry
  6. keeep them in air tight container .can be used for a year
  7. Before serving shallofry chiily and serve hot
