Method
  1. Combine enough water and eggs in a saucepan, once the water starts boiling, cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and allow the eggs to cool slightly and crack the eggs to remove the shell.
  3. Cut each egg vertically into two equal portions.
  4. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over it and serve immediately.

Soft boiled eggs.. i always wanted the recipe of soft boiled eggs.. as i would always miss on the timings and end up making hard boiled egg. By following this recipe with exact timings, i could make perfect soft boiled eggs with gooey i the center.. Thank you for this recipe..
