Sesame Asparagus Stir Fry

There can be nothing more appeasing to the taste buds than the combination of asparagus and sesame seeds cooked to perfection. Quick to make and yummy to eat is what rightly describes this stir fry.
- Heat the oil in a wok or a frying pan, add the garlic and ginger and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
- Add the soya sauce and asparagus and mix together and toss well.
- Add the cornflour paste, sugar, salt and sesame seeds and cook for 1 to 2 minutes till the cornflour coats the asparagus.
- Serve immediately.
