- 2 to 3 lemongrass (hare chai ki patti) stalks , cut into 50 mm. pieces
- 1/2 tsp chai ka masala
- 1 tsp grated ginger (adrak)
- 1 tsp sugar , optional
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
Method
