This Mint and Ginger Lemon Drink is also quite easy to prepare. You just need to perk up a glass of Limca with a coarse mixture of mint, ginger and lemon, and voila, you have a super-refreshing glassful in front of you.
Summer is fun when there are varieties of thirst-quenchers like Minty Jamun Ginger Capriosca , Cool Cucumber , Watermelon and Orange Juice , Citrus Khus Cooler , Kiwi Kooler and Minty Mango Delight to keep you refreshed all day long.
- Combine the mint leaves, ginger juice and lemon slices in a mortal pestle (khalbatta) and pound lightly.
- Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the limca and mix well.
- Pour equal quantities of the drink into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.
