Mango Sauce recipe - How to make Mango Sauce

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2.5 cups

Ingredients
2 cups readymade mango pulp
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp orange squash
Method
  1. Combine the mango pulp, sugar, cornflour and 1½ cups of water in a deep non-stick pan, mix well till the cornflour dissolves completely and cook on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes or till the sauce thickens, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Allow it to cool slightly and add the lemon juice and orange squash, mix well and cool completely.
  3. Store refrigerated and use as required.
