Instant Paneer ki Chakki recipe - How to make Instant Paneer ki Chakki


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 10 to 12 pieces

500 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
250 gms condensed milk
a pinch saffron (kesar) strands dissolved in 2 tbsp milk
  1. Grate paneer and than mix condensed into it.
  2. Pour the mixture into microwave safe dish and microwave for two minutes.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 minute and when it is set put saffron and chopped pistachios on it and cut it and serve cold
