The banana is perhaps the handiest of fruits. Tasty, easily available and highly alkaline, this fruit is convenient and healthy too.
Those suffering from acidity must make the most use of this apt fruit! Here is a wonderful Date and Banana Shake that you can whip up early in the morning.
You can use whichever type of milk suits you best – cow's milk, buffalo milk or almond milk. The shake tastes just great with a tinge of dates and the natural sweetness and fruity aroma of bananas!
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth.
- Pour equal quantities of the shake into 3 individual glasses and serve immediately.
