1/2 banana
1 cup milk
4 to 5 ice-cubes
  1. Soak the dates in warm milk for 15 minutes.
  2. Combine the soaked dates, milk and banana with 4 to 5 cubes of ice and blend in a liquisider.
  3. Serve immediately.
