1/4 cup soaked and de-skinned almond (badam)
1 cup roughly chopped bananas
1 1/2 cups chilled cow's milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
For almond banana smoothie
- To make almond banana smoothie, combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend till smooth and frothy.
- Pour equal quantities of the almond banana smoothie into 4 individual glasses.
- Serve the almond banana smoothie immediately.

Hi Priyanka, We would not advice you to do that with this smoothie as it has banana, it will be discolored and will taste bad. Always what can be drank fresh is the best.
